Hi! I’m Laura

I didn’t start my leadership journey with a fancy title or a clear path. I started as a broke, overwhelmed single mom working the drive-thru at Chick-fil-A, praying my way through shifts and believing there had to be more to life than surviving paycheck to paycheck. I loved my daughter fiercely, and I was determined to break the generational patterns that kept me stuck—but I had no idea how to do it.

Then God opened a door I never saw coming.

When the insurance industry found me, I walked into it with nothing but faith, grit, and a willingness to work harder on myself than I did on anything else. That one brave “yes” changed the entire trajectory of my life. Over the years, I built an 8-figure sales organization, became a podcast host and business owner, and discovered that my true calling was never just about sales—it was about leadership, transformation, and showing others what’s possible when you let God write the story.

Today, I mentor faith-driven leaders, entrepreneurs, and everyday people who feel called to rise higher. I teach them how to build confidence, break barriers, grow profitable teams, and step boldly into the purpose God placed inside them—without losing their integrity or their peace.

My life is living proof that God can take you from overlooked to overflowing. And if He did it for me—a girl from the Chick-fil-A drive-thru—He can absolutely do it for you too.
